Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on 1st Shift Production Supervisor for the Soil department. You will lead daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive performance across labor utilization and scheduling in a fast-paced healthcare linen facility.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in production supervision, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to develop hourly teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in production supervision or manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly teams and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 1st shift production operations in the Soil department to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Ensure production schedules are met and optimize labor and workflow.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality and Plant Leadership to address issues and improve performance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production associates to promote engagement and accountability.
• Support staffing, scheduling and coverage planning; enforce safety policies and procedures.
