Job summary

Okoboji Wellness Clinic seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our growing wellness practice and ensure exceptional patient experiences. You will support staff performance, maintain operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the clinic.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or medical practice management experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Support and develop employees through coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of patient service and address patient concerns professionally.
• Oversee facility operations, vendor relationships, inventory, and office systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate staff meetings, projects, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Partner with ownership on strategic planning, operational improvements, and business growth initiatives.
• Support implementation of new services, technologies, and operational processes.
