Premier Health Partners is seeking an Operations Manager for the Pain Center, covering MVH Main and MVH South. The role leads day-to-day clinic and procedural operations, aligning with leadership to deliver exceptional patient care and experience.

This position oversees day-to-day clinic and procedural operations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. The Operations Manager is responsible for operational performance, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, workforce planning, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
The Operations Manager serves as the operational liaison between hospital leadership, physician partners, and interdisciplinary teams, driving collaboration to optimize clinical workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational initiatives. This role identifies opportunities for process improvement, supports growth and service expansion, and leads change management efforts that enhance access, quality, and operational performance.
The Operations Manager maintains a visible presence throughout the department, exercises sound professional judgment, participates on organizational committees, and performs other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degreeBachelor's degree
