Transdev North America in Sonora, CA seeks an Operations Manager to supervise daily transit operations, coach staff, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure reliable service within budgeted plans.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a Class B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, and 3+ years of supervisory transit experience. Proficiency in Word/Excel and strong communication skills are essential.
NOTE: The following position is for a proposed new/future business within Transdev. Only candidates meeting the work experience requirements will be considered.The Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager in fulfilling daily operations including but not limited to route supervision, staff and operator supervision, effective communication with internal and external customers and coaching employees for optimal performance, managing the entire operation in the absence of the General Manager, complying with all Company policies and managing the operation within the budgetary plan for the location.
