Job summary

Wilner & O'Reilly Immigration Law in Sacramento is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the Operations Director, HR Director, managing attorneys, and team leads to ensure the office runs smoothly.

You will lead and mentor case managers and legal assistants, oversee daily operations, handle onboarding and IT needs, and foster a high-performing, client-focused culture.
