Mayvin is seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. This leadership role coordinates daily operations, aligns personnel and resources with program priorities, and guides teams to meet goals in a complex Navy support environment.

The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance; the position is contingent upon award, and requires strong judgment, communication, and the ability to resolve operational

Competenze

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management.
• U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Experience with NAVSEA Warfare Centers and NSWC Port Hueneme Division.
• Knowledge of federal contracting rules and Navy financial management policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Navy ERP processes and project-related tools.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage budgets.
