Job summary

Mayvin INC seeks Management Analysts to support NSWC Port Hueneme Division, analyzing data, improving processes, and presenting evidence-based recommendations. Roles may range from supporting to leading studies based on experience. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include collecting data, interviewing stakeholders, and developing reports, metrics, and models to guide policy and program decisions. The work supports DoD missions and Navy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and define organizational problems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational, financial, workforce, schedule, and cost data.
• Define organizational problems, assess causes, scope, and impact.
• Interview managers and employees to understand workflows and business needs.
• Develop reports, performance metrics, and analytical models.
• Present findings and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
• Support or lead process-improvement studies and initiatives.
• Help implement policies and solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assess effectiveness after implementing recommendations.

Mayvin is seeking several Management Analysts to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. These professionals will help the Government assess organizational challenges, improve business processes, and make informed decisions.
