Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of directly related experience is required.
- Vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experienced in contract negotiation, outsourcing strategies, onboarding and vendor performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholder, and collaborate internally and externally and across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and experienced with vendor management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$55.00 - $55.58/hr.Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
