Job summary

• 3-5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC or plumbing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing service and/or installation teams highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for our HVAC Service & Installation departments.
• Manage and develop field technicians, installers, and supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordination.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Monitor key performance metrics, productivity, and financial results.
• Support recruiting, hiring onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabrication.
• Ensure safe and efficient job-site operations.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Partner with Field Service Support to improve technician performance and efficiency.
• Assist with budgets, payroll, performance reviews, and operational reporting.
• Work closely with the President/General Manager on strategy and company initiatives.

The starting hourly base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
