Job summary

FPC of Savannah is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Phoenix manufacturing facility. You will drive production flow, reduce bottlenecks on the shop floor, and ensure on-time delivery across three shifts.

You will manage ~200 employees, oversee 10 direct reports, and monitor performance indicators to compare actual against plan.

A strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and staff engagement is required, with willingness to relocate to Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8+ years of leadership in medium volume, high mix manufacturing.
• Experience leading a facility with ~200 employees and multiple shifts.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in operations.

Requirements

• Currently in Phoenix or willing to relocate
• At least 5-8+yrs of leadership experience in medium volume, high mix manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of operations with demonstrated results
