Job summary

Revolution Search Group is partnering with an established manufacturer to hire an Operations Manager with full ownership of site performance: safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. You will lead a high‑performing site team and collaborate daily with planning, purchasing, maintenance, quality, engineering, finance, HR, and commercial to drive results.

The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong lean and quality controls, and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Lean tools knowledge (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S) and quality control.
• ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred; degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Own annual site targets for safety, quality, service, scrap, housekeeping, and manufacturing expense.
• Drive $500K+ per year in operational cost improvements through disciplined project execution and budget management.
• Oversee production schedule attainment, resource utilization, and downtime reduction.
• Lead capital and maintenance projects delivered on time, on budget, with expected payback.
• Ensure HSE compliance and site sustainability initiatives.
• Develop clear, visible KPIs that the floor team understands and owns.
