Job summary

Revolution Search Group partners with an established manufacturing client to hire an Operations Manager who will own site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people. You will drive annual site targets and lead a cross-functional team to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities include achieving cost improvements, optimizing production schedules, delivering capital and maintenance projects on time, ensuring HSE compliance, and establishing clear KPIs that the floor team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of lean tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S), production processes, and quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a record of measurable results.
• ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• An energetic, positive leadership style with urgency and follow-through.
