Job Summary:Responsibilities:Oversee the Front Desk Lead and ensure that all front desk team members deliver exception member experience.Oversee the Membership and Sales Manager and ensure sales goals are metOversee the facility maintenance of the fitness center ensuring that the center is clean, well stocked, organized and operating smoothlyDirectly oversee the reporting of performance and operational metrics and deliver reports as needed.Work with the GM to create and track monthly and annual goals and objectives according to the annual operating planIdentify and use actionable data to make decisions and track resultsParticipate in meetings with the client, review of metrics, collaborate on strategic initiatives, communications and decision makings within the programDevelop performance and operational metrics and deliver reporting reviews along with internal Research and Analytics teamResponsible for maintaining knowledge on all our internal products and programs, and being able to implement updates into the programMaintain a relationship with the client, and their operations team, participate and organize meetings, communicate daily/weekly with the client teamAssist in the management and implementation of internal and external systems and vendorsAssist in the integration with the clients’ vendors as part of a global strategyManagement and point of escalation for the Client Services Center and Client Services RepresentativeManage front desk budget, staffing allocation and execution of services within defined scopes of workProactive identification of problems, inefficiencies and subsequent solution planningDesire to be successful and work as part of a teamOther tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related fieldMinimum of two years of experience in health and wellness, club management or program management experienceProficiency in report generation, systems and number evaluationAbility to work both independently and as part of a team with innovation, collaboration and initiativeDetail focused, able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasksStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive and ability to quickly learn internal software systemsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $30/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
