Job summary

EXOS is seeking a General Manager for the Multi-Tenant Employee Wellbeing Center in New York. You will lead all site operations with a hospitality-first mindset, guiding a team to deliver world-class member experiences and drive engagement across programs, classes, events and personal training.

You will act as the primary liaison between EXOS, the client, and tenant organizations, developing scalable experiences with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Strong leadership with a track record of managing physical and digital communities.
• Experience as a liaison in corporate, agency, or consulting environments.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to guide programmatic decisions and measure success.

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by leading all aspects of the site's operations with a hospitality-first mindset. You will lead a team, foster tenant engagement, and craft community-driven experiences that inspire participation and drive meaningful connections. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
