Job description

About The Role

The role is the operational backbone of a fast-moving technology company: owning the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing at pace.

About The Role

The role is the operational backbone of a fast-moving technology company: owning the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing at pace.
The Operations Manager will work directly with leadership to translate company priorities into executable plans, run the tooling stack (Jira, Notion, Airtable, Looker), and build the reporting rhythms that surface risk before it becomes a problem. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just tracking them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly planning and OKR cycles, coordinating intake, prioritization, and cross-team dependencies across engineering, product, and sales

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker or Tableau tracking headcount, spend, delivery velocity, and process health metrics

  • Design and document core workflows (onboarding, procurement, incident escalation, vendor management) and drive adoption of standard operating procedures

  • Run weekly and monthly operating cadences: staff meetings, business reviews, and leadership syncs with crisp agendas and follow-up tracking

  • Manage the operational tooling stack, including administration of Jira, Notion, and workflow automation in Zapier or Airtable

  • Lead special projects end-to‑end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and post‑mortem analysis

  • Surface bottlenecks and risks to leadership with data‑backed recommendations and clear ownership for resolution

What We Are Looking For

  • 4‑7 years of operations, project, or program management experience, ideally in a high‑growth technology environment

  • Proficiency with modern productivity and analytics tooling: Jira, Notion, Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Mode)

  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and roll out processes across multiple teams

  • Strong written communication; able to distill messy operational data into clear executive‑level narratives

  • Experience running planning cycles (OKRs, quarterly business reviews) and managing multi‑team dependencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Bonus: experience with SQL, business operations at a venture‑backed startup, M&A integration, or building internal tooling with no‑code platforms
