Qualifications

• 4–7 years of operations, program, or project management experience.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling, plus BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Hands‑on experience administering workflow tools such as Asana, Notion, or Jira.
• Excellent written communication; can distill messy operational problems into crisp plans and updates.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: Experience with OKR frameworks, RevOps exposure, or founding‑operations experience at an earlier‑stage startup.

• Own and continuously improve core operating processes, including planning cadences, OKR tracking, and cross-team workflows, documenting SOPs as the company scales.
• Run cross-functional programs end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, owners, and success metrics, and driving initiatives from kickoff to measurable outcome.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker or Tableau, tracking KPIs such as cycle time, headcount plan variance, and project delivery rates.
• Administer and optimize the operational tool stack (Asana, Notion, Ramp, Okta workflows), evaluating new tools and managing vendor relationships.
• Partner with finance and people teams on quarterly planning, headcount forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and direct observation, then design and ship process improvements with clear before/after metrics.
• Prepare operating reviews and board-ready reporting, surfacing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to leadership early.

The role owns the operational backbone of a fast-scaling technology organization: building the processes, systems, and cross-functional cadences that keep product, engineering, and go-to-market teams moving in sync. This is a hands‑on execution role. The Operations Manager translates strategy into operating plans, runs the tools and workflows teams depend on daily (Asana, Notion, Slack, Looker), and turns operational data into decisions leadership can act on. The impact is measurable: faster cycle times, fewer dropped handoffs, and cleaner visibility across the business.
