Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across two or more projects and/or crews, or a high-value location or account. You will coordinate staff, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in leading teams, and a proactive approach to safety and documentation. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a solid background in office and field

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete assignments with no supervision and direct daily activities
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
• Conscientious professional with pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
• 5-10 years of previous experience in the field
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production
• Confirm quality of work done and quantity completed at end of each day
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews
• Maintain contract and/or performance schedule
• Oversee day-to-day performance of staff
• Responsible for all administrative functions to document work including ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents
• Ensure safety practices and HR policies are followed at all times
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals
