Tiello is partnered with a leading waterproofing, restoration, and roofing contractor based in NJ, in their search for an Operations Manager to oversee and grow their branch operations across the region.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in waterproofing or restoration and will be responsible for managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and building strong operational teams.
