Job summary

Jake's Unlimited in Mesa, Arizona seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused venue. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive smooth opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating floor presence, staff scheduling, training, and resolving guest concerns with a focus on recovery and memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, attractions, retail, or another high-volume guest-facing operation preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of daily operations.
• Exemplary guest service and guest recovery skills.
• Confident, visible leader who makes decisions and provides direction.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive environment.

• Identify operational issues, take ownership, and drive them through resolution.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and facility presentation.
• Coordinate support for equipment, POS, facility, and other operational issues.
• Support cash handling, safe counts, drops, and end-day procedures.
• Assist with training, performance management, and team development.
• Communicate important incidents, shift information, and follow-up needs to the leadership team.

Jake's Unlimited is one of Arizona's premier indoor entertainment destinations, bringing together arcade games, attractions, bowling, laser tag, food and beverage, birthdays, and group events under one roof.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Managerwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and takes ownership. You'll help lead daily operations, support department leaders and team members, resolve guest and operational challenges, and ensure we deliver a safe, clean, fun, and memorable experience every day.
