Job summary

Camping World in Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a growing team and oversee installation and service activities. You will maximize installation sales and fees while ensuring quality and timely product installations and repairs.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to plan schedules, train staff, and deliver cradle-to-grave customer service in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $60,000 - $90,000 or more.
