Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team. You will foster excellent relations with customers and the store, answer calls, assist Service Advisors in scheduling, greet customers professionally, and help write up work orders.

You will verify warranty authorizations, follow manufacturer policies, and help track warranty receivables to ensure timely payments. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong computer skills, excellent organization,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• RV experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues by phone and in person.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintains excellent relations between customers and store.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist Service Advisor in scheduling service appointments.
• Greet all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with write up of work orders and insure warranty authorizations are obtained.
• Follow up on warranty receivables to ensure timely payment.
• Fill in as service dispatcher when needed.
• Support technicians with diagnosis, authorization or repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
