Qualifications

The role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving service quality, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, optimizing revenue opportunities, and supporting team development and performance.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum 3–5 years of progressive work experience in Rooms Division operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role such as Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or similar. Strong leadership, problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively.
