UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an Operations Manager to lead club operations, drive revenue, and strengthen member experiences. You will hire and coach a capable team, uphold standards of service and cleanliness, and oversee back-office processes and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and capable of leadership responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in the Health & Fitness industry is preferred.
• Experience as a manager is essential.
• Experience in a health club or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly operations revenue goals.
• Support member retention through exceptional member experiences and efficient operations.
• Hire, train and develop a strong operational team.
• Ensure staff friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality and adherence to dress code.
• Foster teamwork across club functions to improve member and staff experience.
• Maintain an efficient back office and process improvement mindset.
• Order and maintain all supplies.
• Oversee POS operations and file daily/weekly club revenue reports.
• Manage inventory receiving and inventory control; prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hitting a monthly Operations Revenue goals
• Major emphasis is to support member retention by advocating for the best member experiences and operational processes in the club.
• Hires, trains and develops a strong operational team.
• Ensure team members always executes the basics in friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality and in dress code.
• Instill a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to improve the member and team member experience.
• Maintain an efficient ‘back office.’
• Order and maintain all supplies.
• Supervise point-of-sales (POS) operations and file daily and weekly club revenue reports.
• Responsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines. Prepare inventory reports.

• Must possess strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Experience as a manager.
