• Monitor performance using tracking tools and key metrics; take corrective action as needed and prepare detailed updates, reports, and forecasts
• Oversee Human Resources functions of the business
• Support daily operations, to ensure trucking company is responsive and follows through on commitments
• Manage projects and track schedules of service, equipment and general maintenance planning
• Ensure compliance with applicable national, state, and local business regulations, and take appropriate corrective action when necessary
• Other tasks and duties as required

Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting day-to-day business operations of Goodale Enterprises, with a focus on operational efficiency, safety, compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. This role partners with senior leadership to implement business strategies, monitor performance, oversee key administrative and human resources functions, and ensure the organization meets its short- and long-term goals.
