Job summary

gpac is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to appoint an Operations Manager. This direct-hire role oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are met. Compensation is based on experience and performance.

The position leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and works cross-functionally to optimize plant performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with production planning, ERP systems, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
