Operations Manager – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Workplace: Fully On-Site | No Remote or Hybrid Options

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Experience: Previous operational leadership or team management experience preferred

Our Fort Lauderdale-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing daily workflows and facility operations that support their wider growth goals.

We're expanding our leadership team and have an opening for an Operations Manager. This position offers the chance to oversee business performance and lead cross-functional teams while working in a structured, collaborative office environment.

How You'll Spend Your Week

You don't need to have held an Operations Manager title previously, but some experience supervising teams or managing business workflows in a professional environment would be beneficial.

The Working Arrangement

This is a fully on-site Operations Manager position in Fort Lauderdale, working directly with our business and administrative teams.

You'll have a consistent weekday schedule, guidance from experienced leadership and opportunities to develop your operational management and organizational strategy skills.
