Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, coordination and execution across all daily operational departments.
• Establish and maintain master operational schedules, inventory budgets and performance trackers.
• Work closely with department leads and senior management to ensure operational milestones stay on schedule.
• Lead operational alignment syncs, set priorities, document executive decisions and enforce task accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, team output and delivery benchmarks, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
• Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks, process gaps and operational risks, implementing practical, long-term solutions.
• Liaise with regional suppliers, service providers and facility partners as required.
• Oversee the implementation of new operational systems, safety standards and business initiatives.
• Review and optimize existing administrative and facility workflows to boost overall organizational efficiency.
• Prepare executive operational summaries, budget forecasts, performance dashboards and status documentation.
• Manage facility budgets, operational expenses and resource distribution.
• Maintain rigorous operational compliance and ensure facility guidelines are consistently met.
• Support different operational divisions with their resource management and logistics requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and oversee special operational projects as they arise.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, logistics supervision or a senior administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership and time management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence directing diverse teams, communicating with executive stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.
• The ability to oversee multiple operational priorities, manage complex workloads and consistently hit firm deadlines.
• Sharp attention to detail paired with a practical, strategic approach to problem-solving.
• A proactive, accountable leadership mindset and strong initiative.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, alongside operations management platforms.
• The ability to quickly master new logistics software, reporting dashboards and inventory tools.
• A positive, adaptable leadership style and willingness to roll up your sleeves whenever needed.
• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
