Eagle Systems Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a highly motivated operations leader to manage, build, maintain and grow our intermodal transportation operation. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day dispatch, safety and compliance, and driving revenue while controlling costs.

You will lead contractor fleets, coordinate with Safety Director and Regional Manager, and ensure FMCSA regulations are met. Office-based, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rail intermodal container operations.

• Experience with profit & loss reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow independent contractor fleet alongside customer base.
• Ensure terminal meets customer expectations; communicate professionally.
• Run day-to-day operations including dispatch, safety/compliance, and billing.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to locations per customer needs.
• Collaborate with Safety Director and Regional Manager to improve CSA scores.
• Ensure fleet compliance with FMCSA regulations and ELD functionality.
• Conduct walk-around tractor inspections and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Increase revenue and control costs.

Description

Eagle Systems Inc is an industry leading intermodal transportation provider with terminals nationwide. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our operation in the Dallas, TX market. This individual would be chiefly responsible for managing, building, maintaining and growing the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and grow independent contractor fleet along with customer base
• Ensure terminal meets customer expectations and communicates in professional and timely manner both written and verbal
• Run the day to day operations, which includes daily dispatch, safety and compliance and accurate and timely billing
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations per customer requests or needs
• Work with Safety Director and Regional Manager in improving company CSA Scores
• Work with Safety and IT to ensure fleet is 100% compliant with ELD's and all functionality of Mobile Dispatch App
• Perform walk around tractor inspections; ensure all equipment is compliant with FMCSA regulations
• Responsible for increasing revenue and controlling costs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Knowledge of rail intermodal container experience

• Previous management experience in a similar environment required
