Job summary

Eagle Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader for the Dallas, TX market to manage and grow a contractor fleet and customer base. The role focuses on daily dispatch, safety compliance, and proactive client service to meet expectations.

You will drive revenue while controlling costs, oversee FMCSA compliance, and collaborate with Safety/Regional teams to improve CSA scores. Office-based, Monday–Friday in Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow independent contractor fleet along with customer base.
• Ensure terminal meets customer expectations and communicates professionally both written and verbally.
• Run the day to day operations, including daily dispatch, safety/compliance, and timely billing.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to locations per customer requests.
• Collaborate with Safety Director and Regional Manager to improve CSA Scores.
• Ensure fleet compliance with FMCSA regulations and use of ELDs/Mobile Dispatch App.
• Perform tractor inspections and verify equipment compliance.
• Work to increase revenue and control costs.

Eagle Systems Inc is an industry leading intermodal transportation provider with terminals nationwide. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our operation in the Dallas, TX market. This individual would be chiefly responsible for managing, building, maintaining and growing the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and grow independent contractor fleet along with customer base
• Ensure terminal meets customer expectations and communicates in professional and timely manner both written and verbal
• Run the day to day operations, which includes daily dispatch, safety and compliance and accurate and timely billing
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations per customer requests or needs
• Work with Safety Director and Regional Manager in improving company CSA Scores
• Work with Safety and IT to ensure fleet is 100% compliant with ELD’s and all functionality of Mobile Dispatch App
• Perform walk around tractor inspections; ensure all equipment is compliant with FMCSA regulations
• Responsible for increasing revenue and controlling costs

Requirements

• Knowledge of rail intermodal container experience
• Must prioritize safety in all aspects of operations
• Must possess strong organizational skills.

• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong leadership skills a must
• Previous management experience in a similar environment required
• Previous experience with profit & loss reporting preferred
