The Junkluggers of Southeastern MA & RI is seeking a Field Operations Lead for junk removal to run daily jobs, lead crews, and ensure smooth operations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll work alongside team members and have a direct impact on the community by helping keep usable items out of landfills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are essential. Competitive pay $22–$26/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage.

The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company focused on donation, recycling, and community impact. We’re looking for a working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly.

This is a hands‑on leadership role — you’ll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example.
