Job summary

The Junkluggers is seeking a Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly. This hands-on leadership role puts you in the truck, on job sites, and in the field.

You’ll manage schedules, ensure safety, train team members, deliver great customer experiences, and help divert usable items from landfills while building a strong local presence in Massachusetts. Full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage, with pay $22–$26 per hour plus tips and

• 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills.
• Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on‑call coverage.
