Job summary

The Junkluggers in Los Angeles is seeking a Frontline Junk Removal Specialist to be the customer's face, handle safe removal, driving company vehicle, and participate in eco-friendly missions. You will load, transport, and donate or recycle items, work with partners, and help grow the business through guerrilla marketing and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have strong communication, safety mindset, ability to learn tech in the field, problem solving, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required for a customer-facing role.
• Safety-first mindset essential for operations and on-site safety.
• Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to problem solve on the fly to complete jobs effectively.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Educate customers on services to demonstrate value.
• Operate company vehicle safely. Training provided; no CDL required.
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
• Work with donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose items the green way.
• Become an operational decision maker to run routes efficiently.

Our Junk Removal Specialists are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. If you enjoy meeting new people, genuinely care about customer service, commit to safety, and like variety at work, come help us save the world “The Green Way.”

Responsibilities

• Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
• Operate company vehicle safely. (No CDL needed. Training provided)
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
• Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
• Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
• Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
