Responsibilities

What do our Operations Managers do?

  1. Train, lead, and develop a team of specialists.
  2. Achieve sales and revenue goals, foster client loyalty and retention, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  3. Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for efficiency, manage field routing, conduct client QC audits, and oversee account management.
  4. Manage daily operations to provide superior customer service.
  5. Provide direction on operations, service, and client care.
  6. Manage financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
  7. Travel within the territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and collaborate with the sales team on business development.
  8. Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
  9. Submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years of management experience, emphasizing customer service.
  • Proven success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certificates.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
Compensation

Base pay ranges from $60,800 to $84,700 annually. Eligible colleagues who complete training may earn additional monetary incentives, including overtime, incentives, and commissions. Total earnings depend on performance, routes, and KPIs.
