Paper Transport, Inc. is seeking a proactive Division Manager to lead a key transportation division in Wisconsin. You will drive profitability by optimizing service, safety, and data-driven decisions while mentoring Driver Managers and Planners to high performance.
The role requires coordinating with Sales, managing staffing, and ensuring compliant operations across the fleet, with travel to customer sites as needed.
Job Description: Key position with the objective of effectively managing a division to ensure all safety policies are adhered to, profit of the division is achieved, service expectations are met, and data analysis to improve profit margin. The candidate must be able to enhance team member performance, achieve divisional goals, and effectively lead a team in a positive and forward-thinking atmosphere. Utilizes knowledge of procedures to enhance uniformity of best business practices to perform the functions of the division more efficiently.
