Targeted Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 a year. Salary varies depending on experience, education, and skills.

Your Role:
The Clinical Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all clinical functions. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing nursing staff within our client’s home health care organization. Employed as a direct-hire full-time employee for our client’s leadership team to ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, state and federal regulations, and our client’s organizational policies.
What You'll Do:
- Clinical Oversight & Quality: Oversee client care services, ensuring high-quality care that meets Department of Labor (DOL)/ Office of Worker’s Compensation Programs (OWCP), Medicare, state, and client’s standards. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures.
- Policy & Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to all applicable regulations, including Medicare CoPs and Ohio Administrative Code, and promptly address any issues. Lead surveys, audits, and develop corrective action plans.
- Team Supervision & Development: Provide clinical guidance, performance evaluation, and mentorship to NP’s, RNs, LPNs, aides, and other direct care team members. Coordinate client caseloads to ensure efficient resource utilization and advise on education and training for clinical team members.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist and advise on managing client relationships to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong commitment to embodying and representing the organization's values and mission. Inspire and motivate team members through consistent positive behavior, open communication, and a collaborative spirit.
- Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI): Maintain QAPI processes, analyze data to identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with client’s leadership to develop goals, track outcomes, and promote best practices.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with client’s leadership for smooth clinical operations and participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development for clinical services.
- Services Optimization: Assist and advise on strategies for optimizing services and utilization related to the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) Program.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree minimum.
- Experience: At least 2 years of administrative nursing experience and 1 year of operations experience, with a strong preference for home health experience. Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), Office of Administrative Code (OAC) rules, and best practices in home health.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, efficient time-management abilities, and proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, clinical research, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
