Job summary

Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc. in Charlotte seeks a part-time operations coordinator to keep studio workflows organized and profitable across Stacy Nicole Interiors and Stacy Nicole Home. You’ll oversee weekly project, team, and vendor activity, with hybrid in-studio work and local travel as needed.

Expect 25–30 hours weekly, primarily Mon–Thu, with some Friday or installation support. Salary reflects 60k–70k FTE, prorated to scheduled hours, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project coordination, professional services, construction, or interior design.
• Strong written communication, follow-through, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Comfort managing several deadlines and stakeholders without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly project, team, and vendor workflows across active residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain schedules, SOPs, dashboards, client follow-ups, and internal deadlines.
• Coordinate invoices, purchasing handoffs, documentation, and issue resolution with the Principal Designer.
• Support shared vendor, inventory, fulfillment, and administrative workflows for Stacy Nicole Home as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks early and keep priorities, owners, and next actions visible.
• Support a polished client experience and accurate project records across both brands.

Build the operating rhythm that keeps our Charlotte design studio organized, profitable, and consistently responsive across Stacy Nicole Interiors and shared Stacy Nicole Home operations.

Employment Type

Part-time W-2 with a path to full-time

Recommended Weekly Hours

25–30 hours per week

Schedule

Primarily Monday–Thursday during studio hours; occasional Friday or installation support with advance notice.

Location

Hybrid with regular in-studio work at 9741 Southern Pine Blvd, Suite K, Charlotte, NC 28273; local project travel required.

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 annualized full-time equivalent, prorated to scheduled hours; final offer based on experience.
