Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Aloft hotel in Charlotte, NC. The role includes managing the Housekeeping and Engineering departments, focusing on budget, product quality, and guest service.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Supervise and inspect the PM cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.
2. Maintain room control procedures and report discrepancies to the General Manager.
3. Order F&B supplies and goods to control inventory and expenses.
4. Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
5. Supervise hotel food and beverage operations and ensure successful PM programming.
6. Assist front desk staff with guest check-ins for efficiency.
7. Complete monthly inventories of the food and beverage department.
8. Obtain bids from suppliers as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous hotel management experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
