About this role:

This role is essential to our operations. It involves answering sales calls, sending welcome emails, confirming staff for weekend parties, and handling behind-the-scenes tasks that help us delight our customers.

A typical week includes reviewing feedback from recent events to identify improvements, handling a few sales calls from prospective customers, reviewing staffing for the weekend, and submitting employee hours into our payroll system.

During weekends, you will troubleshoot staffing issues and ensure all events run smoothly, providing children with a memorable experience.

About you:

• You love checklists and process-driven work, aiming to improve procedures over time.
• You love children and enjoy enabling a team to provide joyful experiences for them.
• You are comfortable talking to customers, as your interactions will be the first touchpoint for many clients.
• You love Minecraft—building, designing, and playing in creative mode.
• You have a flexible schedule, as this role may grow from part-time to full-time, and could complement other work.
