Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 5–10 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL A/B with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of propane distribution and storage.
• Manage delivery and service schedules to ensure timely, safe operations.

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the propane distribution plant, including industrial service accounts and standby generator support. The primary objective is to ensure that all aspects of the plant's operations are running efficiently, effectively, and safely. The Operations Manager will manage delivery and service schedules, oversee inventory control, maintain the fleet, ensure plant safety, and comply with environmental regulations.Additionally, the role includes managing new construction projects, including the creation of isometric drawings and the acquisition of necessary permits. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
