Job summary

Pico Propane and Fuels, a Meritum Energy Holdings Company in Del Rio, TX, is seeking a motivated Dispenser to assist with general manual labor tasks around the plant. Under direct supervision, this position performs duties including lifting and moving materials, dispensing fuel to customers, organizing the warehouse, and other responsibilities.

Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of customer service, and preferred experience in high-volume phone

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings preferred.
• Experience in the oil and propane industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect and refill empty propane tanks.
• Perform inspection and service on tanks including valve changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Interact with customers by phone or in person to provide information.
• Assist with orders for new or additional products or services.
• Forward questions to appropriate staff.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Organize and assist in warehouse tasks.
