Job summary

KAG SERVICES INC in Baytown, TX is seeking an Operations leader responsible for managing a regional team, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will develop operating plans, recruit drivers, coordinate schedules, and engage customers to grow the business while guiding managers and staff. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with negligible travel.

• Manage, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff
