Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group in Baytown, TX is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations, personnel, and service delivery within a defined geographic region. Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.

You will develop operating plans, recruit and coach drivers, coordinate driver schedules, and engage with customers to drive growth while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
