Travel: May involve travel approximately 10% of the time.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Gnostech is seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full‑time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:

• Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversee contractor execution of the task order requirements.
• Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance and program/project metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with government and contractor teams to ensure consistent program/project delivery and documentation quality.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program support staff.
• Oversee daily workflow, task allocation, and workload balancing across the team.
• Ensure team compliance with federal regulations and company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Knowledge And Skills

• Understanding of Defense Industry and Government contracting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education and/or Experience

• BA/BS degree
• 10 years of experience in operations management.

• Current active Secret Clearance
