Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance in the HVAC/building controls sector.

You will partner with executive leadership, mentor Project Managers and Construction Managers, ensure safety, on-time, on-budget delivery, and contribute to revenue forecasting, proposals, and workforce development.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction industry experience.
• Strong HVAC background highly preferred (But overall MEP will do as well).
• Experience in operations, business management, or construction leadership.
• Knowledge of building controls/automation systems preferred.
• Financial expertise including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

You'll also play a key role in customer relationships, revenue forecasting, proposal reviews, workforce development, and overall business performance.
