The Field Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily field operations for HVAC and Plumbing services. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Technician who is ready to take on greater responsibility and help lead, develop, and support a team of technicians. The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
In this role, the Field Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field working directly alongside technicians and interacting with customers, providing hands‑on guidance, technical expertise, and real‑time problem resolution. The Field Manager serves as a key link between field operations and office staff, helping to improve communication, workflow, and overall productivity.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential, as the Field Manager is expected to mentor technicians, support ongoing training and development, and help drive accountability and performance. Management and leadership experience is preferred, along with a proven background in HVAC and/or Plumbing service. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who leads by example and is committed to delivering high‑quality service and supporting the long‑term success of both the team and the organization.
