We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the Albuquerque market. This position offers an opportunity to lead teams, improve operational performance, and contribute directly to the success and growth of our business.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple customer locations, ensuring consistent service quality, efficient staffing, and effective labor management.

This leadership position supervises Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator while working closely with the General Manager to maintain operational standards, address customer needs, and support employee development.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple teams in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations across assigned customer locations.
• Supervise, coach, and support Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator.
• Ensure customer locations receive scheduled cleaning services consistently and efficiently.
• Monitor labor budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and operational expenses.
• Review employee timekeeping, attendance, and labor reports using Chronotek.
• Conduct routine building inspections and customer follow-up visits.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop employees and operational leadership teams.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for open shifts, employee absences, and urgent service needs.
• Lead daily 4 PM management meetings and follow up on operational priorities.
• Monitor Level Board accounts and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination.
• Assist with new customer account launches and operational transitions.
• Coordinate inventory, cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational logistics.
• Prepare and submit daily operational updates to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous management, supervisory, or operations leadership experience required.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility management, or related service industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, locations, and competing priorities.
• Experience with employee scheduling, labor management, and performance accountability.
• Comfortable conducting site inspections and meeting directly with customers.
• Proficiency with email, reporting tools, and workforce management systems.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to respond to operational needs, including occasional evenings.
