Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day landscape operations. This pivotal role focuses on efficient project execution, resource management, team development, and high-level client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable multiple landscape crews and field supervisors across diverse project types (landscape, hardscape, irrigation)
• Plan and schedule work for maximum efficiency
• Implement systems and processes for improved job tracking, logistics, and equipment readiness
• Manage ordering and inventory for all job-related materials and equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation techniques
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and grow talent
• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
