Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Branch Operations Leader – Atlanta, GA

We’re representing a fast-growing, nationally recognized equipment solutions provider that’s searching for a proven Operations Leader to take the helm at their largest branch location in Atlanta. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and scaling operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the Branch Operations Leader, reporting directly to a Regional Vice President.
• Lead a large-scale team across service, shop, and used equipment functions.
• Oversee a workforce of 60+ technicians, 4 service leaders, and multiple business functions under one roof.
• Be the go-to operator for the branch—responsible for day-to-day performance, growth, and people leadership.
• Manage full P&L accountability (training provided if not already mastered).
• Operate primarily onsite with occasional regional travel.
• Build strong alignment between sales, service, and support teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
• Partner closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and improve profitability.

• A people-first leader with experience managing large teams in a complex environment.
• Open to stepping in from outside the industry—background in operations, logistics, distribution, or service-based businesses is highly transferable.
• Skilled at creating clarity, structure, and accountability within a busy, fast-paced operation.
• Adept at mentoring mid-level leaders while inspiring technicians and front-line teams.
• Comfortable in a highly visible role where success is tied directly to branch performance.
