Hyatt is offering a Corporate Management Training Program for recent hospitality graduates. The program provides exposure to all facets of hotel operations and a fast-track path to management careers.

The Operations Corporate Management Training Program runs about 6 months with 6-week rotations through Food & Beverage, Rooms, Finance, HR, Engineering and Sales & Events, with a salary range that reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative hospitality industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• 6-week rotations through various hotel departments.
• Rotational schedule across Food & Beverage, Rooms, Finance, HR, Engineering and Sales & Events.
• Gain exposure to hotel operations and management roles.
