Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking motivated Management Trainees to learn all wage and salaried roles within service centers, eventually acting as supervisors. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, freight management, and team leadership across shifts and departments while pursuing CDL and forklift training.

The program emphasizes safety, efficiency, and process improvements, with opportunities to advance within a large, nationwide OD network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in common PC software; AS400 background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager training as an understudy.
• Trainees will complete forklift training and production exercises.
• Trainees will participate in CDL training through ODTDT program.
